Applications

Applications are accepted at any time of the year and when they are processed a notification of acceptance will be communicated to you. 

If you would like to apply for a place for your child please feel free to phone or call into the pre-school during opening hours. Alternatively you can click here for application form and e-mail it to us or e-mail us with the following information to beaumontplaygroup@gmail.com:

• Child's Name
• Address
• Contact Telephone Number
• Date of Birth
• Parent(s) Name(s)
• Details of any medical conditions or allergies
• If you have children attending St. Fiachra's School

 

Ideally children should be toilet trained and age 2 years and 9 months or over. Please ensure you advise us of any allergies, illnesses or special requirements your child may have in order for us to best provide for your child.
